South Of France – New Wines from the old world

Once again Le Cordon Bleu and La Boutique will be holding another wine seminar and party in the same successful vein that we have done in the past. This time we are collaborating with an outstanding wine merchant “Cepages” that features wines from the South of France – Roussillon, Languedoc, Southern Rhone and Provence.
Cepages Corporation was established in 2010 by Yoshitaka Kono and Yves Ringler as a specialist wine importer, focusing on southern France wines. Cepages is unique in its close relationship with all the winemakers they are working with. As a winery owner in Southern Rhone, Yves was able to build strong and trusting relationships with other winemakers and get access to their most precious cuvees.
This seminar is aimed at the beginner to intermediate wine drinker and will provide a guide through a range of wines that are typical for the area, including some grape varieties that you can only find in the Languedoc and Roussillon region. Yves Ringler will be leading the seminar in English and Japanese translation will be provided.

Of course on the first floor “Bonjour Tokyo” will again be helping to create the party atmosphere, so make sure to tell your friends to come along.
La Boutique will be offering a range of Cepages wines by the glass as well as a authentic dishes inspired by the South of France region.

Location: The seminar will be hosted in the Dumas room and the party will be in La Boutique on the 1st floor
Party Entrance Fee: 1000yen including a glass of wine.
Seminar Fee: 5000yen including free entry to the party not including the free glass of wine. Reservations required.
Reservations: The La Boutique party is a standing party although some scattered seats and tables will be available. No reservations required.
